Passing Date Parameters

I need to prompt users to input dates to specify the data they wish to extract in a report. (dates for security transactions, i.e. 12/31/00 through 3/31/01).

Will VB and input boxes work? Can anyone give me syntax? Many Thanks.

Why not use CR parameters?
