Passing Date and Time through vb

My RecordSelection Formula needs to specify a date and a time. Is it true that Crystal will only allow a selection criteria by yyyy, mm dd? Is there any way around this? My database is storing process data in the format (Mon dd yyyy 12hh:mm:ss PM) and I need to query the report By Date and Time Ranges consistent with the production runs.

Suggestions please!!!
