Sometimes you look at something for so long that you can't see the forest for the trees! Here is my situation. I have a ISDN PRI NI-2 coming into a CM controlled by an S8500. When the incoming call is presented it is directed to an analog port on the Avaya CM that is pointed to a third party IVR system. When I do a list trace station on the IVR ports I see the name and number being passed to the analog port from the originating caller. When the caller chooses an internal station the IVR system is doing a supervised transfer (hookswitch and then dialing the internal extension number). When I do a list trace station on the extension being called I get the internal extension information during the initial transfer and not the external caller ID. I know this is working as it is designed but for my application I need to get the external caller information as soon as the transfer is initiated. For the life of me I can't find a way to do this. Any ideas?
