Passing a tooltip text value programatically in .NET to Crystal report

Can tooltip text values be passed programmatically to Crystal report from .NET? I want to place a tooltip text per every detail row of the report. Each detail row would have a different tooltip text.

You can conditionally set the tooltip text in CR in the format field->tooltip text->x+2 formula area. I'm not sure what you mean by wanting to do this programmatically from .NET.
