You'll probably do fine with the kind of experience. The MOC should work for you. I did the MS Press books and passed 70-290 with out much of a problem.

If you have the MS Press MCSE core books, I would strongly encourage you to spend some quality time with the Readiness Review questions.
I found that for some exams, the Readiness Review questions were more rigorous than the actual exam. It's not like you can be too prepared.

If I were you I'd also look into it's well worth it. I had to take 290 four times even with that and knowing the material.
