Hi Everyone,

I've finally finished the months of hard slog and passed the BSCI to finish my CCNP.

For those still to take the exam: It was loads of BGP, far more ISIS than I would have thought, and a fair amount of route redistribution, bit of IPv6, EIGRP feasible successors, OSPF stub areas.

I would even say it was the easiest exam of the lot, and i had 20 minutes to spare at the end.

Basically all that sticks in my mind is that it was lots of BGP.

Right, now to pack the books away and forget Cisco for the weekend....

Great work NettableWalker! Couldn't be more glad to hear you passed. Though, I don't hold the same opinion about the BSCI - that was a tough one! Maybe because you took the CIT first. Determined to do things out of order, eh? ;-)

Not very encouraging for me though - if you found the BSCI easy, then I haven't prepared enough for the CIT and I have it next Wednesday! *@&#!!! I was hoping to come at least close to passing.

Thanks Dan,

I think it was easy because i spent so much time studying for months that i was good at this one because it was the last one.

CIT was hard, it took me 3 goes. Another tip for that one is HSRP.

I'm so so glad it's all over. Now I can put the books down and talk to the wife and kids again. :)

Congratulations!

Good luck for CIT helpdeskdan, I have it next Friday!
