pass word protection and how do i put mpg animations into access

ok this is gonna sound relly easy to some of you but i want to creat user areas within access to stop my end user screwing about with the main macros. so basicly if someone could tell me how to add a seperate accont to access to stop him playing about with the system. i have also got a cool spining logo for the company, but i dunno how to put it into a form any help you can offer would be appreciated, cheers EDD
