Pass-through Auth not quite right on CPS4.5 Web

Hi all,

Have three CPS 4.5 rollup 2 servers in a single farm.

If I have explicit auth enabled on the web interface, then automatic logon to the application they select works. E.G. I enter in my domain creds into the web GUI, then once logged on I don't get prompted to re-authenticate when I launch an application.

All good.

However, if I enabled Pass-through authentication on the web interface, then whilst the user doesn't get prompted on the web interface, they do for every application they try to launch. E.g. I don't need to enter in any creds into the web GUI, but once I try to launch an application it then prompts me to authenticate...

Any ideas guys? Ideally I'd like it to be completely seamless with pass-through auth on the web interface, as well as pass-through from the web interface to the application.

Cheers,

Steve.

Scratch that - client side needed configuring!

See for more info, but the %AppData%\ICAClient\APPSRV.ini file needed:

EnableSSOnThruICAFile=On
SSOnUserSetting=On

Entered into it, and I didn't have the first one. I believe this can be done via GPO but not relevant in our environment.
