Pass text field data to report at run time

Hi,

I am using VB6 + Crystal Report 7.0.
I have an input form in vb and there i give parameters ( in text boxes to prompt users) . In that input form I add two more text boxes for CompanyName and Report Footer.And this should be passed to report through this form. So in the report what i need to do? I mean to place these two data i should have some object in report that holds this data. Please help me.
