Pass parameter from VB form to Access report

In my vb project, I have allowed the users to view several reports thru access.....The reports in Access are tied to parameter queries. The main form in my vb project has a combo box filled with dates. The date selected is the parameter that I want to pass to the queries and reports in access. I am completely lost on how to do this or if it's even possible. Can someone please help me...I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
