We have local calls coming in to our PBX and would like to forward them on to our Cisco 3845 router to send them to a call manager then on to a remote site. We set up the UDP route but need to know where to put the numbers of the incoming calls to point to the route.

I might be able to help you, but I'll need to know quite a bit more about your setup and what you're trying to accomplish. For example:

How do the calls come into your PBX? T1, PRI, analog DID or POTS?
Will every incoming call be sent to the router, or just some calls? If some, then by what criteria?
What interface are you using between the PBX and router?

If you have a PRI, it's possible to route calls to your Cisco by DID extension. You could even isolate a group of incoming lines into a pool, which could then be forwarded along to your box. But you'll never be able to direct a call based on the Caller ID of the calling party (send all calls to PBX operator...unless it's from the boss' cell phone). I'm wondering if the latter is what you're trying to do.
