Pass Database UserId,Password

I am working on Crystal Reports 8.5 with Oracle8i Dataabase.
Using Report Designer Component for web reporting.
One of our VB Component exporting the report to PDF file.
ASP page calling this component and diplaying reports in pdf format on the Web.

Can any body resolve the following issue and would be appriciated.

We have different server and databases (Dev Server,Test Server)
Every time we are configuring server name,database userid and passwords in the report when we move reports to different server.

How can we pass database server name,userid and password to the report dynamically from VB component without changing these parameters in the report itself using RDC.
