Our employees log into their computers from the network. Is is possible to pass their Active Directory (AD) credentials along to a 3rd-party application (InfoView in this case) so they don't have to enter them manually on the login page? (Unfortunately SSO with AD is not an option for us.)

I'm not very familar with .NET, but I can obtain the Domain\Username, but not the password. Will it be possible to retrieve this to pass it along to InfoView?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Get hold of be_xi_r2_opendocument from support.businessobjects.com and see if you can achieve what you want using opendoc URl syntax

We use Trusted Authentication for logging into InfoView. We got some assistance from a local consultant to help set it up. We have been using it now for about 9 months and have had one hiccup which required a reboot of the BOXI server. The AD credentials pass through to the application and it does not require logging into the InfoView application. Do some reading on Trusted Authentication on the Business Objects website.
