New to this so i am sorry for any confusing or wrong terms.
Someone was moved to a new office with an different extension(223) in June. The old extension(232) was renamed to a new name. Everything has been working fine from a calling/voice mail aspect, however i just noticed that the logs are messed up.
Any calls made by the person that moved still show under the old extension in the logs. So both phones (223 and 232) show up under E232 in the logs. I don't think that there is any way that i can correct the old logs but i would love to fix this going forward.
I made a test call to the extension 223 and saw that in the Party2Device it shows up as E232 but number dialed shows 223.
Does anyone know how i can correct this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
