Partrner ACS Issues with System Programming

I'm here installing a pots line on a pertner ACS (REel not know) I cant get into system programming mode changed the phone and switch to Ext 10 and 11. a very sensitive situation on the site and director does not want me to power down the switch. Is there sometjinbg I am missing (as I can get into cetral programming) before ordering a module to keep on hand in case it conks outs during reboot?

You are doing something wrong. Make sure you are at x10 or x11 and press Feature 00, the Left Intercom Button Twice, now dial the code you want to change. That's it.

FYI, If you can get to central programming then you can get to system programming and you go through system programming on the way to centralized programming.

I'm telling I cant Brother, thats why I want to reboot it, I dont think its even an ACS, but thats where Im at

Do a feature 59 and it will tell you what release it is. May not be an ACS.

Is it a stand-alone 206 Module? Those programmed differently.
