Hi,

I have to replace one of the vault disks of our (old) cx100. In navisphere the disk is marked as removed so i cannot get the part number of the old disk.
The other have: (disk 1 is missing one)
Disk Clarion PN Clarion TLA PN
0 dg118032454 005048442
1 ? ?
2 dg118032475 005048531
3 dg118032454 005048442
4 dg118032505 005048581
5 dg118032454 005048442
6 dg118032454 005048442
7 dg118032454 005048442
8 dg118032454 005048442
9 dg118032454 005048442
10 dg118032454 005048442
11 dg118032454 005048442

Can anybody say for which part number i have to look? Is there anywhere a list which disk i can use as replacement?

Thanks,

Harald

addonguy;

all the other drives are 146gb 10k 2gb fc so most disk1 should be the same. So any of those part#'s 005048422, 005048531, or 00504581 will work. They are cx-2g10-146 model#. Since it says removed you could also just pull the drive and look at part# or generally they have the part# on the front of the bracket.

Only a few disk have the partnumber on the bracket. I've order one cx-2g10-146 but with a different part number then you told me the man in the store tell me it should work.

Seems this disks works. The cx only needs disks of the cx-2g10-146 model number, the part number does not really makes the difference.

thx you very much for your help our cx now works fine!
