Try Search under support, software & firmware downloads. Partner messaging (all documents) and your revision level (model VS Rx). The download (PDF) is free. The site was down today, but normally is okay.

Can anyone confirm that you cannot initiat a conference call and then drop from the call and leave the 2 outside parties connected? I am told the partner ACS does not do this. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

The Partner will drop the conference if the originator hangs up. This is for sure & by design. Should be a new thread.
