I have been all over the web without luck, and have read reams of Partnermail documentation but still can't find an answer. I think the question may be so basic, no one bothers, but anywho, here goes.

I have Automated Attendant turned on and (say) option 1 on the menu is press 1 for Sales. I would like option 1 to go to extension 19. If 19 doesn't answer, I would like VM to pick up the call with extension 19's greeting. If 19 is busy (and this is the part I can't find), I would like the call to go automatically to extension 20. If I can do that, I'm half way there. Ideally, if 20 is busy or doesn't answer, I'd like the call to be picked up by extension 19's VM with the 19 greeting. If that's not possible, I could live with the extension 20 VM picking it up with the extension 20 greeting. In all cases, I'd like the VM pickup to be automatic without the caller having to "select X to leave a message".

Ideas? Questions? TIA to anyone who takes pity on me.

It's not a function of the voicemail, but a function of the phone system.

Use Call Cover to send calls from Ext. 19 to Ext. 20, and then back to Ext. 19's voicemail.

At Ext. 19, program a button as Feature-20-19-20, then press it so that the green light comes on. In system programming, set #320 to the number of rings that you want Ext. 19 to ring first.
