We are having an issue with logging into mbox
saying "you can not login due to multiple logins"
resetting password back to default has no effect
through mbox 99 .....
is this a case where it has to wait so long before
it will free up the mailbox
I do not want to default the mailbox as it has 6 new
and 4 OLD messages awaiting

Restart the Voice Mail, either by cycling the power to the switch, doing a soft reset on the switch, or a soft reset on the voice mail.

Thanks worked like a charm ! ..I have never seen
this happen before but anything is always possible
I assume it was just LOCKED up
