Partner voicemail to email 9 Unified Messaging )

I have worked on Partner for years but have never been asked for voice mail to email features. IS this available, what is it call ( Unified Messaging )/ What is involved, software, hardware, connections and cost.

I have a non profit that is of course tigh on a budget and can not afford to replace the who system. This system is pretty old but is great shape.

I've never set-up Partner Unified Messaging, but have been told it is the same/similar to Merlin Unified Messaging. And I've only set it up using an on-site exchange server (although the docs state you can use any smtp server as well). The need the Partner UMS software and that is loaded on the exchange server or smtp cpu I would assume. The docs are pretty good for this although they only cover through exchange 2000 so I'm not sure if it works on later releases.
