Partner Voicemail PC Card LG Ext 10 not taking msgs

For some reason extension 10 is not taking messages any more. We hear the greeting, but as soon as it is done, all we hear is "good bye", and the extension hangs up. The mailbox is empty. All other extension, auto-attendant, and selector codes are working fine. The last thing for me to do is to delete and recreate mailbox. I just want to make sure I am not missing something.

Log into mailbox 10, then select option 8, call answer mode. Change it back to "answer mode

TTT means change it back to "record mode", it is now set to "answer mode". Record mode accepts messages, answer only mode plays the recording and then hangs up.
