I am trying to tell the system where to go when someone hits option 0. I know its not a selector code.

Right now, it rings only extension 10.

We would like it to ring all the extensions.

Thanks!

The PCMIA card only goes to Ext 10 for "0."

You can look at moving up to Partner Messaging.

Like fshaw said, with the Partner Voice Messaging, the Dial 0/timeout action is fix to ring EXT 10.

Would pushing out the number of rings before the auto attendant answers be acceptable?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
