Help! I cannot change the voicemail greeting on my Avaya phone. I tried following all the prompts and read and re-read the user guide but the greeting never get's changed (it's still an old one). Is there anything that I can try? Thank you.

For your own mailbox or for the Automated Attendant?

For your own mailbox, dial Intercom 777, your extension number and #, your password and #, then press 3 for greeting, 1 to change it, wait for the tone, record your greeting, press 1 again at the end, then *# to SAVE the new greeting.

For the Automated Attendant, dial Intercom 777, when prompted for your extension number, dial 0 and #. Then dial the password and #, 3 for Automated Attendant Greeting, 1 to change it, wait for the tone, record the greeting, press 1 at the end, then *# to SAVE the new greeting.
