Quick question here...

Just setup a ACS 7.0 with the full voicemail module.

I have the Auto attendant set to go to two groups (71, and 72) for two of the options. If no one picks up those groups, how do I tell it where to leave a voicemail?

Set the Transfer Return Extension for each voice mail port to point to themselves, instead of Ext. 10

Create mailbox 71 and 72, "with a phone"

If you want someone to get a message waiting light for messages, use Phantom Destination to send them to someone's real mailbox. If you need the mailbox to be separate, but still have a light somewhere, set the phantom destination to an unused auto attendant's general mailbox, and set some extension as the message waiting receiver for that general mailbox.
