My customer has Partner Voice Messaging, R3- Large. The Selector Code programming repeatedly reverts back to the default. All other programming stays in tact except this. Any knowledge of a fix for this? Thanks.
Default the programming and reprogram. It always seems to fix strange issues like the one you are experiencing. To default the PVMS log in to the System Administrator 0#, password, dial 9998925327. The system will say something along the line of,"you system will be returned to factory settings....Goodbye" In about a minute you can log in again and reprogram.
But if it fails a second time, you will need to replace the PC card. They DO go bad! I had one that held the configuration for 2 days, then it would default everything except the announcements for the AA.
