I just installed a Partner Voice Messaging (Small) Voicemail.

I have 2 problems. When I dial in, I cannot override the prompts by dialing immediately. I have to wait for prompts to finish, then dial.
The second issue is, if I do a Feature 14 transfer, I get the main greeting instead of the individual's mailbox.

Please advise.

First issue, try defaulting the VM card, and try again. There was a run that exhibited that problem.

Second issue, double check that the user actually recorded their own message in their own mailbox. Recording the AA prompt is just logging into mailbox 0# and pressing 3 - 1, which is the same as logging into a personal mailbox and recording the personal greeting. I've had people go to record mailbox 10's personal greeting, miss the "1" and accidently log into 0#, and record their personal greeting as the Auto Attendant prompt.

Sounds like you got your hands on an old R1 of the small PC mail, it does not allow you to dial till the the prompts end.

R2s are the same way. You need a 2.1 or 3 to be able to bypass the prompts.
