Is it possible to program the AA to send callers directly to the callers mailbox without ringing the phone? It seems VMS cover rings 321 has a minimum of 1 ring?

DND button but even then you will hear 1 ring that is the ring that the vm port needs to pick up the call.
This is an analog integration for the vm so you can't get rid of the audio of a ring.
