My customer has one mailbox ( #14 ) for ext. 23 that when called, answers with user greeting but then say mailbox is full, can't leave message. Messages have been removed and message waiting light is out. reset mailbox, which removed customer greeting and passwords. However problem continues. Even changed the ext. for this mailbox, no change. Checked all other mailboxes doesn,t seem to be any other problem. No box had more than a few messages. Thanks in advance for any ideas. I think this is R2.0 of Partner voice messaging PC card.
