PVM R3S R3.0 configuration assignments, mailbox 1 to ext 10, 2 to 11, 3 to 12, and 4 to 13.

Can those be changed? How do I do it?

Yes you can.Go to the link below download the manual I chose R2 because you didn't state which one you had, page 29 explains how.
