Partner Voice Messaging PC Card Question? 1

I have a 308 Proc R.1 with a Partner Voice Messaging PC Card- It will not allow me to assign extensions 78 and 79 to hunt group 7 since it will only allow me to assign extensions 41 and under to hunt group 7. (actually I have 3 of these 308 R 1 Processors and none of them will allow me to assign anything above extension 41 to hunt group 7)?

Anybody know if there are different ports to be assigned for this processor or does the voice messaging pc card just not work with this processor

seems to me it needed to be an R3 or abovefor pc voice mail. Not sure though

I guess you havent looked in the manual, It states that it can only be used in R1.1 or later releases.


Avaya's site even says this:

"This guide provides instructions for installing, programming, and using the PARTNER® Voice Messaging PC Card with the PARTNER Advanced Communications System (ACS) Release 1.1 or later."

on each of the PC Mail Manuls download pages.


Time for an upgrade.
