Customer has Partner ACS R7, using a Partner Voice Messaging pcmia card. All messages left are distorted when played back; instructions are clear and understandable.
Tried a reboot, tried swapping card slots on the ACS, defaulted the PVM card and rebuilt voice mail boxes. C.O. lines are from a cable modem, all measure proper voltage. Site has (6) lines so C.O. lines are from 2 different cards.
Next step is take a spare PVM to try.
