Is there a version of Partner Voice Mail that can either disable the option 0 or set it to go to a mailbox instead of x10? Also need to be able to disable tie timeout xfer to x10 or have it go to the same mailbox.

Any release of Partner Messaging allows you to set the Dial-0/Timeout option to go to the Operator, General Mailbox, Disconnect, Transfer to an Extension, or Transfer to a Mailbox. The Dial-0 and Timeout are the same.

Partner Mail VS R5 allows you to change the Dial-0/Timeout to go to a specific extension, other than 10

is partner messaging different from partner voice messaging? I am not sure what release i am using or how to tell. I do know it is a ACS R4. I can find anywhere in the manual i have on how to set the timeout/dial 0 option. When i log in and press 4 for the selector codes it doesn't give me any such option. Is it somewhere else?

Partner Voice Messaging is the 2-port PCMCIA card that is installed in the ACS Processor itself. No, you cannot change the Dial-0/Timeout option, it is fixed to Ext. 10.
