Partner VMS R3 renaming Voice Messaging system

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and I attempted to search but the search function is down right now..

We just changed our partner system so that an automated attendant handles everything. The issue that my boss has (not me..) is that when someone calls from an outside line and picks an extension the name that comes up on the LCD display is "Voice messaging system" is it possible to change the name of the voice messaging system?

Nope, 'tiss the nature of the beast. Try pressing the flashing line button without picking up the call.
You may find that you get busy when accessing voicemail from time to time as you only have two ports. Incoming callers may get RNA occasionally for the same reason. Dicy as attendant unless you don't process many calls.
