Since IPO Partner Version installed they have had an issue with calls not going through, getting a recording from the provider and other line related issues at times. They have a CBeyond circuit providing both data & 4 analog lines. They used to have a Partner and did not have issues until IPO installed. Running 8.1.67 with ETR card and Partner phones.
Thanks!!

if the interface is analog then I can't see it being a IPO problem except if all lines are busied out by the IPO.

I am sorry but Partner mode is not a strong point of mine as I have so far avoided it successfully like the plague but analog is analog and if you get a provider message then I would suggest the TA that goes from IP to analog should have a stern talking to.

Give a tech a solution and he will be back tomorrow to ask you the next question, teach a tech how to read the manual and he will be able to solve the problems for a life time.

Do you know which ATM4 is on the combo card you are using? There is now an ATM4V2 and it will say this on the lower right sticker on the combo card. Just curious as I am having issues now with one of those. You might also ask the users if the the phones light up periodically on all 4 lines.

Troubling that it didn't happen with the Partner system. I guess you could try playing with the impedance settings under the trunks>advanced tab. Maybe if the load of the line is in between idle and trip to dial tone there is a gray area and the provider goes maintenance busy. Just a very far out wild guess.
