Partner version problems

We just installed our first partner IP office and We did not do our homework customer wanted to keep old Partner ACS ext # and of course we got messed up with analog ext on the combo cards. Questions that we are trying to solve. We have the AA pickup all calls and one of the options is to hit o for the operator what they want to do is extend the rings until the operator VM picks up. THey would like a light to blink on a couple of other phones to show that the operator station was getting a call that way they can get the call before it goes to the operator's VM. I am thinking putting a coverage key on the operator's phone but don't know if that will do the job. Not sure if I should be using calling group ?? System is is key system mode.
 
Yes, those analog ports will cause trouble with extension numbering. You will need to switch to 3-digit extensions (from the Tools menu->Extension Renumber), then you can start moving extension numbers around to put all the digital extensions in a contiguous block, if you like. To extend the number of rings before the operator VM picks up, go to User Setup->Advanced Settings->User Selection->Select User, then change the VMS Cover Rings for that user. For the other extensions to be alerted when the operator station is getting a call, just program an Auto Dial - ICM button for the operator extension on all the other stations. Don't bother with groups, and don't put the operator in a group because none of the groups will receive VM coverage.
