Customer with IPO Partner version R7.0.27. When internal user or external caller goes to extension 10 (ETR 18D), voicemail immediately picks up. Thought DND was on. Checked it and it is off. Noticed on sys status that Extn 10 shows forwarding as Forward Unconditional 41. Didn't know you could set different versions of forwarding (busy, unconditional, follow me) on Partner version. I don't think you can use phone manager lite with Partner version. Thought it was only F11 + user extn + outside/inside number. How can this forwarding be turned off? Is it F11+user extn+user extn like the old ACS? Any explanations on how to turn this off AND HOW IT GOT TURNED ON IN THE FIRST PLACE would be appreciated. Thanks.
