Partner trouble with ringing on transfers

We have a customer that whenever they get an incoming call and page it over the loudspeaker the next line will ring in once even though there is not another call coming in. This has been going on since we installed a new T1 module about 2 weeks ago.
Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks
 
They Should press intercom then the programmed page button. Auto line selection may actually make the system think you are trying to transfer the call

The same thing happens when a user picks up the phone and presses a Voicemail speed dial. they actualy grab a line and pressing the programmed VM key puts the call on hold for a one touch transfer and an it does a recall ring when hung up

It may be something else but watch what they do at the phone, it is most likely user error
