Partner Time Won't Sync

I need some help with a customer of mine and thought someone might be able to point me in the right direction. The customer has a Partner ACS (R2) (308) with Partner Messaging (R7). We can't get the time to sync between the processor and voicemail so the time is always off. A tech said the time comes from the processor and the messaging is just supposed to sync up with it. I'm thinking the Processor is too old but not sure. any suggestions?

Have you tried re-entering the time with #103? I had a client who's vm went off and re-entering the time on the system resynched it up.
 
Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. My tech ended up doing a Save All/Reset (#781) and that ended up doing the trick. Thanks again.
