On occasion our Intercom 10 phone will will just once, even though there is no incoming call. This happens anywhere from 10 to 40 times a day. I did notice that when it does ring that Extension 36 lights up. Extension 36 is the extension for our Partner mail. Does anyone have any idea how to stop this from ringing. It is so annoying....

It's possible x10 is included in #505, group 7 by accident. Make sure only the voicemail ports are a in that group.

Bingo! The system calls the first extension in the group a couple of time per hour to synchronize the time, and anytime you do things like press the Night Service button.
