Several years ago, John L. Shelton, a former contributor to Tek-Tips, created and posted 2 documents. 1 was an overview of the AT&T/Lucent/Avaya Partner platform and the other was an overview of the Merlin platform.
John posted the documents online and the links were listed here on Tek-Tips. Since then....the documents have been taken down and the links are now broken.
I've located a site that has both pdfs posted. Here is the URL for the Partner overview:
