lost programming i reprogrammed system but one issue remains

when you call in it rings once.. the caller gets a your call is being transfered message

than it only rings on ext 10 and it looks like it is being transferred from ext 29?

they want it to just ring in on 3 phones so how do i remove this ?

i went through #506 and #507 and everything is set to only answer at night

Put the voice mail ports into #505-7 - this will stop the "one ring/your call is being transferred".

Then #206-7 will assign the lines to be answered by the auto attendant
#506 will set the number of rings before answering
