We have a Partner ACS R 4.0. 5-slot rack, contains:
308EC (2)
400EC
Partner Messaging Module
and Processor of course
As you can see, all 5 slots are taken up. We currently have 13 outside lines coming into the PBX, we have 10 extensions. We understand that the maximum capacity of our PBX is 19 lines (am I correct?).
The problem is that we need to expand. We need 40 lines coming in, and 40 extensions. Now I still want to use what we have instead of getting a whole new system. Is there anyway of increasing the capacity of the current by purchasing more equipment? a second rack for instance? The 40 lines and 40 extensions need to function under one automated system.
I would appreciate any help I could get on this. We certainly will have to pay some people to come in here and do most of the setup (and the cost of the hardware of course), but would really like to know what to ask for exactly.
Thanks
