Partner system Conference trouble

*We have an issue with a site that no matter what lines
you conference together (8 in system)you get a Loud squelch
and real bad echo on the CONFERENCE call .....yet when you call in or out of the system the lines are real clear

*You can conference 1 ouside caller and 2 or 3 inside
callers(Partner Phones without issue) ...
getting 26.2 to 26.6 Mamps on all lines when they are metered ....I have seen other systems have issues
with lines to hot (above 30 Mamps) or to low (17 Mamps)
cause drop offs in Voicemail
tried different backplane & Processor
tried 308 processor without backplane as standalone
different phones ...Processor 308 rel 3.0,Processor 308 rel 4.0 ......Phones and Processor & Backplane are TESTING
good in OUR office

*Will setup Vendor meet with Co provider but they say its clean on their end ....I know its the Trunks because its
all the lines and not our Known good Equipment

*Possible distance or resistance issue when conferencing trunks ?? anyone every seen this as this is a New one on
me

I've seen it a few times and what you need is what Lucent called a 90A Attenuator, you installed it between the line and the line port at the equipment. I don't think they even have them anymore. I would check with

they should have something similar. You will need one for each line in the system that is doing it.
