Just installed a Partner ACS R3.0 system in a new office, and installed the Partner ACS Remote Administration software on the server room workstation. When I attempted to make a connection to the telephone system, I am prompted for a password. No password has been set for Remote Access. How would I go about finding out what this password is, or defaulting it so that we are able to log in? Thanks!

If there is no current password, enter it alphanumerically, just like entering a station name. Then press the "ENTER" button (grab your programming overlay, or on an 18-D it is the 3rd button down in the 4th column)
