Is there a way to record over, or get rid of, the canned message a caller hears when transferring to ext 10 or entering '0'- "transferring to receptionist"

The person at this ext is an office manager and doesn't want callers to think she is just a receptionist

No you can't do that.this prompt its fixed and you can't remove it or change it.
