How do I create a phantom mail box and have the messages on an existing phone for message retrevials.Thanks,Mike

Create the Phantom Mailbox first, then option 9 is phantom destination, where you specify the receiver.

What fits into your dial plan? ACS (R3 and higher) will recognize Ext. 10 through 57, so maybe start at 57 and work backwards.
