I am not familiar with outcalling cascading with the new R7. Does anyone have a few pointers on getting started?

Partner R7 Voice Mail Outcalling Cascading

you have to turn outcalling on through the voicemail system administrator for each extension you want to have outcalling. Once that is done, when each user logs into their mailbox, they will get an option to turn on outcalling and set-up their numbers.

Install the messaging GUI and do this on the computer. This is much easier and will save you a ton of time. I've found that customers understand this much quicker, so it saves me time too.
