Partner R7 and Plantronics CT-11 problem

I have a customer with a R7 and 6 Plantronics ct-11 headsets plugged into ext. ports 11-16. They also have an 18D for the receptionist on ext. 10 and a 6D for the Doctor on ext. 17. The problem is that the headsets won’t pick up an external call, but they will pick up intercom calls. 3 headsets are set to no ring on all lines and the other 3 are set to immediate ring on all lines. These last 3 are the issue. I push talk when an incoming call comes in and it will connect about 80% of the time. I called both AVAYA and Plantronics, but they said that I was on my own.

About all that I can think of is that there would be a lot of interference when all of the headsets are ringing at once.

I think also that 6 wireless headsets in close proximity might be a problem. Easy way to find out is to power down the base and remove the battery on all but one and do a test.

No, no one else is grabbing the call before.

I've successfully installed 4 headsets right next to each other without any problems, but this one is giving me a headache.
