Partner R6 Rollover Problem

Line 1 is not rolling over to Line 2 when busy. Checked all programming and everything else working correctly. AA picks up when each line is called directly and you can call out on each line. Problem is when Line 1 is busy and you call in, you get a busy signal instead of rolling to line 2.

Could this be a malfunction in the system or a phone line problem?

The problem isn't in your Partner, your local co provider doesn't have them in a hunt group. Give them a call and have them set it up, your switch is only going to see what your provider is sending it.
