When using a selector code to direct a call to a call group, if the call is unanswered can it be directed to a particular users mailbox (one of the extensions in the group)? The voice mail is Partner Mail VS R5. Phone System is ACS R5.

The voicemail can't but TTT has a work around using a open line port and open extension port.Try searching the database.

I think you may also be able to do it with the transfer return settings as well.

There is also one other cheat using the Transfer Return setting, as long as you want the unanswered call to ring at Ext. 10 and cover to Ext. 10's mailbox - You would set the Transfer Return Setting for EACH voice mail port to itself, NOT Ext. 10. This will cause a transfer from the Auto Attendant to a calling group to return to the voice mail port that sent it there. But it comes back without mode codes, so the next default action is to transfer to Ext. 10, which then rings and covers to Ext. 10's mailbox.
